Alan's voice experience is mainly from radio, but he has also voiced narrations, IVR telephone menus, and radio and television commercials.

As a radio personality in the early nineties, Alan quickly learned that his voice, like an instrument, could be tuned and utilized to suit different needs. As he became more familiar with the environment of radio, he began recording commercials regularly, in addition to writing copy for the station. His tenure at the station led to future opportunities that allowed him to record commercials for television.
